At Better Tomorrow Support Services, we provide personalised disability, aged care that are built around each person’s goals, strengths and preferences. Our services are designed to promote independence, confidence, dignity, safety and meaningful connection in everyday life. Whether someone needs support at home, assistance to live more independently, help to participate in the community, complex care, high-intensity support or mentoring, our experienced team works alongside the person, their family and support network to deliver safe, consistent and person-centred support. Yes. Wherever possible, BTSS works with you to match you with support workers who suit your needs, personality, preferences, routines and goals. We understand that feeling comfortable with the people supporting you is important. If you already have a preferred support worker, or you would like to request a particular type of support worker, we will discuss this with you and do our best to support your choice while meeting safety, funding and availability requirements.
Yes. If something is not working well, we encourage you to speak with us. BTSS will listen to your feedback and work with you to review the support arrangement. Our aim is to make sure your support feels respectful, safe, consistent and right for you.
Yes. BTSS has experience supporting people with high and complex needs, including people who require structured routines, behaviour support plan implementation, high-intensity supports, trauma-aware approaches and close communication with families, clinicians and support coordinators.

If you have a Support Coordinator, family member, guardian or nominee helping you, they are welcome to be involved in the conversation.

Yes. With your consent, BTSS can work alongside your family, Support Coordinator, guardian, nominee, allied health professionals, medical team or other people involved in your support. We believe strong communication helps keep support safe, consistent and person-centred.
