Better Tomorrow Support Services is a registered NDIS service provider. BTSS provide a range of customised support for individuals with complex support needs in their home environment and in their community.
BTSS are passionate about providing quality care to our Participants to live a good life where they are afforded opportunities to develop skills, achieve goals and are important and valued members of their communities.
BTSS was born after many years of working within the disability sector and identifying a need for Participants and their families to be supported by a provider who are experienced in supporting people with complex needs, particularly participants with challenging behaviours to live their best life and be supported in their daily life.
Our valued and dedicated support team are highly trained in the daily use of positive behaviour support practices, person centred planning and support, linking participants to community and supporting them with working towards and achieving their goals.
Directors Jude Ashyer and Natalie Parker come with extensive experience in disability support as well as mental health. They have worked and managed in both government and non-government services. Jude and Natalie have also worked as Behaviour Support Practitioners and specialise in supporting Participants with challenging behaviours.
BTSS has over 25 years of experience in Disability, Aged Care and Mental Health Services. BTSS has a passion for working with complex participants who have spent several years developing and implementing behaviour support plans, working alongside families and support teams for quality lives and good outcomes. We understand legislation and policies but most of all we understand people.
