Jude has over 25 years experience working in the Disability, Aged Care and Mental Health sectors. Jude’s career began as a Direct Support Worker and progressed to upper management in both government and non-government providers. Jude has been developing and implementing positive behaviour and restrictive practice plans for a range of participants including, NDIS participants, Child safety and Aged Care participants.
Jude’s passion is working with participants, their families, and their support team to achieve outcomes and improve on individual’s quality of life.
Jude has extensive experience in service delivery, managing, training and developing a diverse range of support teams to ensure a skilled workforce in the delivery of quality service to our participants
Natalie has many years’ experience working in the Disability sector. Natalie’s passion for empowering and supporting people with a disability came from a family member with an acquired brain injury. Natalie witnessed first-hand the pressure that places on families and became a strong advocate for people with disability.
Natalie specialises in working with participants with complex support needs and challenging behaviours. Natalie spent several years developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans. Natalie has extensive experience in managing, training and supporting teams to deliver quality support.
